On 1 July, 2016 following order was passed :- "Perused the Application. Subject to the Applicant removing all office objections within period of four weeks from today, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). If all office objections are not so removed, the order dated 17 August 2015 will stand restored."

The Registrar (Judicial) had dismissed the Second Appeal for non-removal of office objections. Before the Registrar, none had remained present for removal of office objections on three occasions. Thereafter, the Registry proceeded to pass a conditional order. Inspite of this position, the matter was restored and further four weeks time was granted to remove office objections. The Applicant will deposit costs of Rs.5,000/- within a period of 8 weeks from today. Subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/-, the Civil Application is allowed and the Appeal is restored. (N.M.
