The statement is made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the concerned Authority is not available today.

Therefore, at this stage to avoid further complications, we are inclined to direct that the parties to maintain status-quo as of today at 3.30 p.m. The parties cannot be remedyless, and therefore, this interim protection of possession, based upon the averments so made in the Petition.
