This civil application is preferred by plaintiff for condonation of 35 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 21st February 2013 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Judge, Nashik in Special Civil Suit No. 175 of 2006.
