Government Pleader appearing for petitioners that identical petition viz. W.P.No. 1559 of 1999 has already been admitted by this Court. This petition was to be heard along with W.P.No.1559 of 1999.

Today when the matter was called out for final hearing, it is brought to our notice that W.P.No.1559 of 1999 filed by the State of Maharashtra which raises identical issues has already been dismissed by judgment of this Court on 16th June, 2006. In the light of dismissal of W.P.No. 1559 of 1999, the present petition will also have to be dismissed. 3.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
