CORAM : S. S. SHINDE & MILIND N. JADHAV, JJ.

DATE : JUNE 15, 2022 P.C. :

.

The grievance of the petitioner in substance is that he should be released on bail so as to enable him to look after his family members. It appears that mother of the petitioner died in the year 2017 and for her rituals, he prayed for his release from jail. The petitioner has also filed two applications in the pending writ petition thereby praying for other reliefs. 2.

In case the grievances raised by the petitioner as reflected in the petition as also in the applications still subsist, we direct D.I.G. (Prison), Nashik to look into the same as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above observations, criminal writ petition as also the connected criminal applications stand disposed of. 4.

Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned jail authority, who in turn shall communicate the same to the petitioner. (MILIND N. JADHAV, J.) (S. S. SHINDE, J.) 1/1 Minal Parab
