1] This is an application by the original respondent Nos.1A and 1B seeking extension of time for handing over possession of said property and for compliance of necessary formalities in pursuance of Order dated 6th June 2019 passed by this Court. 2] Learned counsel appearing for the original petitioner-society submitted that, in pursuance of the said Order dated 6th June 2019 1/2

osk 906-caw-1852-2019.odt passed by this Court, the respondent Nos.1A and 1B have already handed over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit property involved in the petition to the petitioner-society. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-society, on instructions, further submitted that, after getting possession of the suit plot, the petitioner-society has no other claim against the respondent Nos.1A and 1B including the monetary claim of damages, which has not been entertained by the trial Court at the first instance.

3] In view thereof, the present application does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
