While issuing Rule on 20 October 2005, interim relief was refused. The Petitioner has sought directions to the Reserve Bank of India to appropriate Fixed Deposits in the name of the Petitioner amounting to Rs.1,55,750/- in respect of the Stock Hypothecation Limit account. Several events must have taken place in last 18 years since the Rule was issued. None of them are on record. Considering the prayer made and the fact that interim relief Rajeshri Aher
