This appeal is preferred against refusal of the ad-interim relief by the City Civil Court, Mumbai. Perusal of the Roznama of the said matter, which is produced at page No.10 of the paper-book, shows that the matter is kept tomorrow, i.e. 2nd September 2016, for hearing of Notice of Motion. 3.

In view thereof, there is absolutely no reason to interfere in the impugned order of the Trial Court. Appeal, therefore, stands dismissed. 1/2 AO-St.-24401-16.doc
