The learned counsel for the petitioner submits the today he handed over the draft of Rs.50,000/- to the Respondent's Advocate. The Respondent's advocate confirmed the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his calculation as on today near about Rs.2,50,000/- is due and payable. He submits that the petitioner requires four weeks time to clear the same. Advocate for the Respondent has no objection if the matter is adjourned beyond the Diwali vacation.
