The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 31/07/2015 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vasai by which order the Application (Exhibit 113) filed by the Petitioner/Plaintiff for review of the order dated 26/06/2015 passed on the Application(Exhibit 109) came to be dismissed. Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the impugned order, no case for review of the order passed on the Application (Exhibit 109) is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
