Ms. Tejani for petitioner states that after the petition was filed and circulation was granted, Respondent No.3 has fixed date of 28th September 2022 for taking possession of the mortgaged property. Ms.Tejani states that therefore petitioner's prayer in the petition is worked out. 2.

Ms. Bhide appearing for all respondents states that she will instruct the concerned to ensure that possession is taken on 28th September 2022 and also ensure that sufficient police personnel are deployed at the time of taking possession.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Bhide and also by Ms.Tejani, petition disposed.
