This application is filed seeking permission to intervene in the present Writ Petition No.5592 of 2013. Mr. Pakle, learned counsel for the Petitioners, opposed the application on the ground that the Applicant has no locus. We, however, found that the Petitioner's recognition was withdrawn on the basis of the complaint made by the Applicant. 1/2 CAW-2522-13==.doc

We, accordingly, allow this Civil Application in terms of prayer clause (a). Petitioners are directed to implead the Applicant as partyRespondent. The necessary amendment shall be carried out within a week and copy of the Petition shall be served to the newly added Respondent.
