The learned APP on instructions from the Enquiry Officer Smt. Mukta Phadtare, PSI attached to Meghwadi Police Station, Mumbai who is personally present in the Court submitted that, after conducting a preliminary enquiry the concerned officer has reached to the conclusion that no FIR/Crime needs to be registered against the present applicant.

The learned APP has also tendered a report dated 18.10.2016 signed by the Police Sub Inspector Smt. Mukta Phadtare stating that no offence as alleged in the complaint is made out against the applicant and the said application filed by Smt. Manjiri Tanksale is accordingly filed on record. The said report dated 18.10.2016 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the said statement, there is no apprehension to the applicant of arrest in a non bailable offence. Application is accordingly disposed off. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
