Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement of the dispute before the learned Mediator. A report of the learned Mediator is tendered for the perusal of the Court. The report indicates that the parties have arrived at comprehensive settlement of the dispute. The order of interim protection granted by this Court on 18th July, 2022 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

The parties shall abide by the terms agreed before the learned Mediator.
