Mr.Shah, learned counsel for the applicant states that inadvertently the names of the proposed legal heirs have been wrongly

KVM 2/2 905 - CAW 30 OF 2014.doc mentioned in the title of the civil application. The applicant is permitted to carry out the change in the name, age and address of the proposed legal heirs. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.

It is also informed that the proposed legal heirs of the respondent no.1(a) has also died and her legal heirs would be respondent nos. 1(b), 1(c) and 1(d).

Mr.Tamboly, learned counsel appears for the proposed legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.1. He has no objection if this civil application is allowed.

Heard. I have gone through the contents of the civil application. 6.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
