By this civil application, the applicant has applied for setting aside the order dated 9th July, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) and seeks recall of the order dated 8th July, 2016 passed by this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the office objections could not be removed due to unavoidable circumstances. He submits that all the office objections will be removed within one week from today. The statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, I am satisfied that the case is made out for setting 1/2

908-cas1530-16 aside the order dated 9th July, 2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) and for recall of the order dated 8th July, 2016 passed by this Court.

The civil application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) on the condition that the applicant removes all the office objections within one week from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. No order as to costs.
