This is an application for modification of condition stipulated in order dated 23rd August 2017 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.1070 of 2017. The applicant was enlarged on bail in connection with CR No.I-184 of 2016 registered with Wagle Estate Police Station for the offences under Sections 376(i)(k), 366, 504 of Indian Penal Code r/w Sections 4,6,8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. While granting bail the applicant was directed to attend concerned Police Station on first Saturday of every month between 10 am to 11 am till conclusion of trial. 2.
Learned counsel for applicant submits that pursuant to the order granting bail, the applicant has availed of the bail facility and he has complied the direction of attending the police station. It is submitted that the applicant is employee in private concerned and thereby it is difficult for him to attend the police station in accordance with aforesaid order.

Considering the factual aspects as stated hereinabove, the order dated 23rd August 2017 can be modified in following terms. 4.
Clause (ii) of the order dated 23rd August 2017 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1070 of 2017 is modified to the extent that the applicant shall attend concerned police station once in three months on first Sunday between 10 am to 11 am till conclusion of trial. Criminal Application No.977 of 2018 is disposed off. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
