DATED : 23rd AUGUST 2018 P.C:- The petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing No.0339 of 2018 registered with Islampur Police Station for an offence punishable under Section 354D read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (for short "POCSO"). We have gone through the FIR. On perusal of the same, it is prima facie revealed that the petitioner has committed offences alleged against him. Tilak
2/2 (906)WP-3537-18.doc Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the petitioner are falsely made. However, at the stage of quashing, we look at prima facie nature of the allegations and we do not find a case being made for quashing.
