It is the case of the Petitioner that despite the order dated 28.12.2016 passed by the Sub Divisional Ofcer, Wai for removal of the illegal constructions, the said order is not being implemented.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has pointed out that the Petitioner has made a representation to the Collector, Satara on 19.06.2017 (Exhibit-F, page 18 of the Petition) and also sent reminders dated 07.11.2017, 29.05.2018 and 24.09.2018 to implement the said order dated 28.12.2016. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he is pressing for prayer clause (b) which AKN 1/2

We accordingly dispose of the Petition directing the Respondent No. 3-Collector, Satara to decide the representations of the Petitioner dated 19.06.2017 (Exhibit F, page 18 of the Petition) expeditiously and in any event within four weeks from today.
