Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the learned AGP appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the respondent No.5.

In view of the averments made in the application and in particular paragraphs 3 to 5, a case for restoration is made out.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Restored writ petition shall be added to the appropriate weekly board. The Advocate for the applicant/petitioner

caw2131 to serve a private notice of restoration to the respondent No.6.

Affidavit of service shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today failing which the order of dismissal shall stand.
