P.C.:- This is an Application for recalling of Order dated 30th August, 2021 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I).

By the said Order the Applicant was directed to remove office objections within period of four weeks, failing which registration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 8525 of 2019 would stand rejected. The Applicant has failed to remove office objection within stipulated period and as a consequence thereof, the registration of the Petition has been rejected.

The present Application is filed within a period of limitation. Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for recalling of Order dated 30th August, 2021.

Applicant is directed to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today, if not removed earlier, failing of which the Petition shall stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
