After the Petition was filed and copy served, Petitioner has received a notice dated 23rd September 2022 informing Petitioner that a personal hearing has been fixed on 4th October 2022 at 11.30 p.m. Ms. Bharucha, on instructions, states that it is a typographical error and it should be read as 11.30 a.m.

The Assistant Commissioner of Customs, before whom the personal hearing is fixed, is directed to hold the hearing at 11.30 a.m. on 4th October 2022 and conclude the hearing on the same day and also pass Mugdha

2 411-WP 11356-22.doc the adjudication order at the earliest and in any event within two weeks from the date of personal hearing.

If Petitioner wishes to file any written submissions to record what transpired during the personal hearing, the same shall be filed by 6th October 2022.

Mr. Nadkarni states in view of the above order, nothing survives in the Petition and the Petition can be disposed. The Petition accordingly disposed.

We clarify that we have not made any observations on the merits of the case.
