1] This application is preferred under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in view of the fact that as per Government Resolution dated 13.11.2015, issued by Under Secretary, Home Department, Government of Maharashtra, all 72 cases in which Rajendra Sadashiv Nikalje @ Chota Rajan is either accused or co-accused, are transferred to the Special Court under MCOC Act, at Mumbai. The Special Case No.2 of of 2016 in C.R.No.312 of 200 is also appearing in the said G.R. However, at present it is pending in the 1/2

2] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Special Public Prosecutor for the CBI.

3] In view of this G.R., application is allowed. MCOC Special Case No.2 of 2016 pertaining to C.R.No.312 of 2015, is transferred from MCOC Court at Alibag, to Special MCOC Court, Room NO.57, Mumbai.
