P.C. :- The only grievance raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner-wife will not be able to offer access to the respondent-husband to meet Atharva on this Saturday i.e. 12/09/2015, because Atharva is required to answer an exam on the said date.

Accordingly, by way of ad interim relief, it is made clear that the petitioner wife need not offer access to the respondent-husband to meet Atharva on 12/09/2015. However, the petitioner, to forthwith communicate the making of this order to the respondent-husband so that, 1/3
respondent husband is not required to come from Kameri to Mumbai on Saturday i.e. 12/09/2015. However, access shall be offered on Sunday 13/09/2015 and further, the directions contained in the order dated 18/08/2015 shall also be complied with in so far as the further weeks are concerned.

Since, petitioner states that she has no grievance with regard to order dated 18/08/2015, with limited relief as aforesaid, this petition is disposed of.

The court is conscious that no notice has been issued to the respondenthusband. However, considering the circumstance that access for only one day is being varied. No useful purpose would be served in issuing notice to the husband who is stated to be residing at Kameri.
However, it is made clear that the petitioner should, without fail intimate to the respondent-husband of this variation in respect of access for Saturday i.e.
12/09/2015. The petition is disposed of.
All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
