The Learned Counsel for the Applicant Mr. Chawan holding for Mr. Sarwate on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Civil Application filed for condonation of delay as the parties have been granted divorce by mutual consent by the Family Court, Pune. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. In view of the withdrawal of the above Civil Application, the Family Court Appeal which suffers from the delay of 9 days does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of as such. [A. S.
