The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, time and again, has applied for allotment of flat in lieu of Annexure-108 but no orders are passed.

Ms. Kantharia, appears for respondent nos.1 and 2. Learned AGP appears for Respondent No.3 State.

In case the representation / application of the petitioner for allotment of project affect flat (page nos. 26 & 27) is pending before respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within three months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
