On hearing the petitioner, and considering the prayers so made, we are of the view that the petitioner has an alternate remedy to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The petition is therefore, required to be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Tribunal. As the petition is pending in this Court since 15 September 2014 and now we are disposing of by passing the order above.

Needless to observe that as regards the issue of limitation the Tribunal shall consider the pendency of this petition since 15 September 2014 and that the petitioner was pursuing the bonafide cause in this writ

Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty. No costs. 4.

All contentions of the parties on merits of the matter are kept open.
