This is an application for deleting the name of Mr.Ashok Sahebrao Jadhav, who is Respondent No.1A and in his place instituting Mrs.Urmila Joshi Phalake as Respondent No.1A. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out within two weeks from today.
