1] This is an application for condonation of delay of 3 years and 99 days in filing application for leave to file appeal. 2] Heard the learned APP for Applicant/State. Perused the record. The record clearly indicates that, no ground for condonation of this inordinate and colossal delay is made out by the applicant. Even otherwise, an offence alleged against the respondents was under Sections 323 and 324 read with allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code which has resulted into acquittal on merits.

3] No case for condonation of delay is made out. Application is accordingly rejected.
