This is an application for expediting the hearing of Writ Petition No.5911 of 2014 on the ground that applicant No.1 is 86 years old as also having regard to the controversy raised in the Suit of 1993. Mr. Gore invited my attention to the order dated 09.07.2014 by which at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, hearing of the Petition was expedited.

In view thereof, office is directed to list the Petition for final hearing under the caption 'Senior Citizens' in the week commencing from 28.11.2016. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
