Heard. By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 42 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 13th March, 2017 passed by the MACT, Sangli in MACP No. 8 of 2015. 2.

In my considered view, the reasons stated in para 3 of the application, constitute sufficient ground to condone the delay. Hence the delay is condoned.
