Learned APP, upon instructions from I.O. Mr. P. I. Nalawade of Sakinaka Police Station, states that the charge is framed at trial on 19.11.2014 and the evidence of complainant is recorded. 2.

Having regard to it, it is difficult to entertain the prayer for bail at such a delicate stage of trial for the offence of murder and hence the application is disposed of with direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest and in any event by 31.5.2015 saving just exceptions. In event of trial being unduly delayed or not completed during the stipulated period liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail subject to himself having co-operated for expeditious disposal of trial as ordered.
