The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 64 days in filing the above Application and for restoration of the Civil Application No.1160 of 2016 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution on account of non-appearance of the advocate on 27/06/2016. The reasons for non-appearance of the advocate on the said day are mentioned in the above Civil Application.
