By this Civil Application, the applicant/insurance company seeks stay to the execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 13th March, 2017 passed by the learned Member, Motor 1 / 2

509.CAF257_2018.doc Accident Claims Tribunal, Sangli in M.A.C.P. No. 8 of 2015. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has deposited the entire decretal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon.

In view of the above, the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the Appeal is decided finally.
