P.C. :- Inasmuch as the Regularization Applications of the Petitioners are not in proper format and in accordance with law, learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that such Regularisation Applications shall be filed by each of the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

If such Regularization Applications are filed by the

Petitioners within two weeks from today, the RespondentCorporation shall decide the same expeditiously and in any event within six weeks from the date of filing of the Regularization Applications. Until the Regularization Applications are decided, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioners. We make it clear that in the event, any of the Petitioners fail to file Regularization Application, the Respondent-Corporation shall be free to proceed against such Petitioners.
