1) Heard rival arguments on this application for bail and the suspension of substantive sentence during the pendency of the appeal. The appeal is already admitted on 4th September,2015. 2) The applicant is convicted for the offence under section 13 (1) (d) read with section 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and sentenced to suffer SI for two years and to pay fine of Rs.25,000/-, in default of payment of fine SI for six months. Reportedly, fine amount is already paid. During the trial, the applicant was on bail. Even after conviction he has been released on bail till filing of the appeal. The applicant be released on same bail as granted by the trial Court with 1/2
