By this Civil Application Applicant no.1-Union of India and Applicant No.2-Regional Director, Staff Selection Commission (WR) has prayed for setting aside the order dated 19 August 2016 by which this writ petition came to be dismissed for default. The respondent was not represented when the petition was dismissed for default.

I have perused the averments made in the application. The reasons are bonafide. It would be in the interest of justice that the writ petition is restored to the file of this Court. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: (a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to restore
