Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant seeks expeditious disposal of his case, being Sessions Case No.187 of 2016. 3.
Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that till date 4 witnesses have been examined and that since March, 2017, there is no
2/2 19-appln.465.2017 progress in the aforesaid case. He submitted that since the trial has commenced, this Court may be pleased to direct the learned Sessions Court, to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. 4.
Learned APP has no objection, if the case is expedited. 5.
It is not in dispute that 4 witnesses have been examined till date. It appears that since March, 2017, there is no progress in the case. 6.
Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed. The trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms 8.
