Perused the contents of the Applications. Also perused the award of the Reference Court. In the facts of the case, the award of the Reference Court is stayed during the pendency of the Appeals on the condition that the appellant deposits the entire amount payable in terms of the award in the Reference Court within a period of 12 weeks. If the amount is so deposited, the respondents are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court. The balance amount may be placed in Fixed Deposit account of a nationalized bank initially for a period of three years and the same should be renewed from time to time during the pendency of the First Appeals.
Civil Applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
