This Interim Application is for condonation of delay, setting aside order of Learned Registrar Judicial dated 23rd March 2023 for refusal of registration and for restoration of Civil Revision Application. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that during mean time, the Applicant met with an accident and therefore, he was Rameshwar Dilwale 1 / 2

29.IA.15167.23 IN CRA.275.22.doc not in position to give instructions to Advocate to remove office objections. The learned Registrar has refused registration on account of non compliance of office objections. The Applicants undertake to remove office objections within two weeks from today. 3.

In view of the above, the delay stands condoned, the impugned order of Registrar dated 23rd March 2023 is hereby quashed and set aside. The Applicants shall remove office objections within two weeks failing which the CRA shall be treated as disposed. 4.

The above order is subject to Applicants depositing costs of Rs. 10,000-/- to High Court Legal Services Committee within three weeks from today.

Stand over to 12th October 2023.
