As far as prayer clauses (a) and (c) are concerned, assuming that the petitioner has a case on merits, the remedy of the petitioner is to file appropriate proceedings before the Administrative Tribunal. The only other substantive prayer is the challenge to the order dated 24th July, 2015 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative

Rane 2/2 WP-13128-2017 26.11.2018 Tribunal, Nagpur Bench at Nagpur. Firstly, the Writ Petition ought to have been filed for challenging the said order before the Bench at Nagpur. Secondly, the Learned Counsel appearing for the contesting respondents has placed on record the order dated 19th September, 2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Nagpur by which a Writ Petition filed for challenging the same order dated 24th July, 2016 has been dismissed.

Hence, subject to what is observed above, we decline to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. (SANDEEP K. SHINDE, J) (A.S. OKA, J)
