Learned Counsel for the petitioner while assailing the impugned order passed by the Senior Citizens Tribunal states that the premises in question admittedly belongs to the petitioner's father and the petitioner along with his mother and also the younger brother who are having equal shares in it. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, who is present in the Court states that he has no objection if the younger brother and the mother come and reside in the premises. 911.WPNo.74082021.doc Counsel for the petitioner states that he has love and affection for his mother and for the younger brother.

If such is the approach of the petitioner, in my opinion, there ought not be any grievance between petitioner and respondents mother and younger brother. Statement as made on behalf of the petitioner is recorded. Learned Counsel for the respondents is also in agreement with the petitioner that petition needs to be disposed of.

Thus, accordingly the petition stands disposed of with an expectation that parties would maintain cordial relations amongst them and share the premises with each other which admittedly belonged to the deceased father of the petitioner and the husband of the senior citizen-respondent No.1. 5.

In the event, if there is any grievance to respondent no. 1 in future, she is free to avail of the remedies available to her in law. 6.

All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 7.

Disposed of. No costs.
