The Petitioner was aggrieved by certain memorandums issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forest, Union of India prohibiting the Petitioner from carrying out Environment Impact Assessment and Environmental Management Plan Reports for his clients as representation before the statutory authority. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has received written instructions from the Petitioner that the Petitioner does not wish to pursue his challenge.
