Heard for some time. It appears that the applicant convict is seeking leave to treat his ailing mother. His mother is suffering from dysfunctional uterine bleeding last since 2018. He has returned back from furlough only on 2/8/2019. Certificate dated 22/7/2019 does not show any treatment extended to mother. The certificate only points out need of further investigation and surgical procedure. 2.

In this situation, we grant the petitioner leave to apply for parole with the date for surgery and schedule thereof as finalized. 3.
