Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.
By this application, the applicant / insurance company has sought stay of the execution of judgment and award dated 10/12/2014 passed by the Chairman, MACT, Sangli in M.A.C.P. No.212/2012 wherein the Claims Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.1,78,000/- with interest @ 8% per annum herein from the date of petition till realization of the amount.

P.H. Jayani 905(II) CAF1763.16.doc insurance company states that the applicant has already deposited the entire amount alongwith interest accrued thereon before the Claims Tribunal, as per the judgment and award dated 10/12/2014. Statement is accepted.

In the light of said statement, execution of judgment and award dated 10/12/2014 passed by the Chairman, MACT, Sangli in M.A.C.P. No.212/2012 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal. 5.
Civil Application stands disposed of.
