The only relief sought in this application is to modify the order dated 14th June, 2018 passed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the applicant. In the said order, it is observed that in the event of arrest in CR No. 68 of 2018 dated 17th January, 2018 registered with Malvani Police Station under Section 376 r/w 419 of Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that he is not in a position to arrange the solvent local

It is therefore submitted that applicant may be permitted to furnish two local sureties in the like amount by relaxing the condition of solvent sureties. 2.

In the circumstances, the order dated 18th June, 2018 is modified, the applicant is directed to furnish P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount. 3.

Application stands disposed off.
