Heard Miss Ayodhya Patki, holding for Advocate Nitesh Bhutekar for appellant/MSRTC.

It is submitted that the respondents have filed execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 7th September 2018, passed by MACT, Nasik. The learned Counsel, therefore, prays for staying execution and implementation of the award passed by M.A.C.T., Nasik, inter alia, contending that the appellant would deposit the entire amount of compensation with accrued interest before M.A.C.T., Nasik within 4 weeks.

In view of the statement made, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application. 4.

If the appellant fails to deposit the amount within 4 weeks, adinterim shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
