Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicants seek pre-arrest bail in connection with C. R. No. 344 of 2018 registered with the Kandivali Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 354, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants have attended the concerned police station, as directed by this Court vide order dated 10.08.2018, pursuant to the interim

ABA 1594-18.doc protection granted to the Applicants.

Learned APP does not dispute the same.

Having regard to the peculiar facts of this case and the detailed interim order passed by this Court ( Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J. ) vide order dated 10.08.2018, the interim order is confirmed on the following terms & conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicants be enlarged on bail, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
