Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the State, we are of the opinion that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to decide the representations/proposals dated 24th November, 2010, 27th March, 2012, 17th September, 2013, 1st December, 2013, 18th September, 2014, 30th July, 2015 and 12th January, 2016 filed by Respondent Nos. Vishal Parekar 1/2

906-wp-10320-2016 4 to 6 (Exhibit 'H' Colly.) if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, and within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Till the Petitioner's claim is decided, the RespondentsState is directed to maintain the status-quo as it exists today in respect of the post occupied by the Petitioners. 4.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
