The Petitioner has challenged the externment order dated 27/07/2021 passed by the Deputy Commission of Police, Zone-7, Mulund, Mumbai. The Petitioner was externed out of the limits of Mumbai city, Mumbai suburban district and Thane district for a period of six months.

The record does not show that any stay was granted to the operation of the said order. The period of externment is already over. Therefore, nothing further survives in this petition. The Petition is disposed of having rendered infructuous. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
